Application Requirements
The CDC and sentinel hospitals undertake the task of infectious disease monitoring, prevention and control. The CDC focuses on monitoring the epidemic situation, and sentinel hospitals can quickly detect cases by virtue of their diagnosis and treatment advantages. Both are in urgent need of rapid identification technology to achieve early diagnosis and treatment and curb the spread of diseases. Existing technologies such as traditional culture methods take a long time, immunology and conventional qPCR detection techniques have limited targets and low diagnostic efficiency. Although new technologies such as multiplex PCR and microfluidics have made progress, they still cannot fully meet the actual needs in terms of detection throughput, cost, and grassroots adaptability. Application units urgently need a molecular detection platform with high detection throughput, fast speed, support for ultra-many detections, and high cost performance.

Our Advantages
01
High-Efficiency Detection
All solutions support ultra-multiplex detection; POCT solution can complete virus-related detection within 30 minutes, while Workstation and Standard Detection Solutions save more than 20% of time compared with conventional instruments.
02
Excellent Sensitivity and Specificity
Combined with automatic nucleic acid extraction and high-efficiency real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR, ensuring high sensitivity and specificity, reducing the risk of false positive/false negative results.
03
Wide Applicability
Multiple solutions support various sample types (e.g., nasopharyngeal swabs, oropharyngeal swabs, feces, etc.) to meet different requirements.
04
Flexible Solution Design
Detectable pathogen types can be customized according to market demands with strong adaptability. POCT and Open Workstation Solutions support detection target splitting, easily meeting personalized needs such as low-plex detection.
Success Cases

Requirements: A municipal CDC in Southwest China focuses on epidemic monitoring, precise prevention and control, and technical support: coordinating regional testing resources and formulating standardized detection protocols; receiving samples submitted by sentinel hospitals for verification and in-depth traceability (e.g., genotyping, drug resistance analysis); rapidly confirming pathogen types and characteristics to achieve early epidemic warning; curbing cross-border/cross-regional transmission of pathogens and reducing public health risks. The user required a molecular detection platform covering multiple pathogen types, flexible target combinations, simple experimental operation and fast response speed.

Solution:

Through pre-sales recommendation, the user learned about our independently developed molecular POCT platform iFIND. After technical communication and rigorous performance testing, ultra-multiplex etiological detection was performed on patients with diarrhea symptoms using fecal/anal swab samples combined with multiplex detection reagent cartridges.

Results:

Rapid detection of diarrhea syndrome was completed within 90 minutes using the POCT solution.
