Application Requirements
There may be incubation infected people or asymptomatic carriers among entry and exit personnel, and their pathogen loads are low, and traditional methods are easy to miss detection. The timeliness of the gate test is high, and the test results need to be submitted in a short time. During the experiment, the sample may contain interfering substances (such as hemoglobin in the blood, mucin in saliva), which is prone to false negative or false positive results. Therefore, molecular detection systems with stronger sample processing capabilities, higher specificity and sensitivity are needed to provide fast and accurate detection services.

Needs: A provincial customs International Travel Healthcare Center is responsible for infectious disease surveillance, international travel medical examinations and vaccinations, health consultation and healthcare services for entry-exit personnel. Solution:

Through an exhibition, the center learned about our independently developed molecular POCT platform iFIND. After early technical communication and strict performance testing, combined with a multiplex detection kit, it uses sputum to conduct rapid tuberculosis testing for entry-exit personnel.
