The Rocgene Sample Pretreatment Technology Platform is an R&D platform constructed upon a systematic engineering methodology. Its core technical architecture comprises:
1. Cell Lysis and Homogenization—integrating ultrasonic disruption (featuring physical energy-level modulation), chaotropic salt-mediated chemical lysis, and microfluidic chip-based dynamic shear technology to ensure the structural integrity of target molecules.
2. Target Separation and Enrichment—utilizing surface-modified magnetic solid-phase carriers to boost target molecule recovery rates to over 90%, while enabling the elution volume to be reduced to as little as 50 μL.
3. Matrix Purification and Molecular Repair—integrating nanomaterial adsorption, microfluidic field-flow separation, and enzymatic cascade digestion systems to reduce residual inhibitors to below 0.1 ppm within 15 minutes, while simultaneously repairing the secondary structures of target molecules.
