


Scenario: A seed company in Henan Province carrying out a genotyping project
Requirements: The accuracy of detection was far lower than the actual demand, requiring repeated retesting, which increased workload and significantly raised detection costs. There was an urgent need to improve the accuracy of genetic analysis and enhance the cost-effectiveness of detection.
Solution:
Based on the characteristics of their reagents, our company developed corresponding algorithms through integrated analysis of DEMO pre-experiment data, and innovatively introduced controllable interpretation standards, improving the accuracy of detection results from 50% to over 99%.
Results:
Through specific adjustment of experiments and development of corresponding algorithms, our company's equipment and technical solutions not only met the authenticity requirements of SNP detection, but also reduced detection costs by significantly lowering the retesting rate. Multiple sets of our equipment were subsequently introduced for testing.
