2022 was an exceptionally remarkable year for Rocgene. Over the past six months, we have achieved extraordinary performance results, created numerous unimaginable miracles, witnessed the development goals set when the company was founded, and established a clearer and more ambitious strategic direction. With unwavering original aspirations to fulfill our mission, and striving forward with perseverance to forge brilliance — guided by our firm initial goals, the Rocgene team aims high, continues to soar, and endeavors to create even greater glory and achievements.

To reinforce our mission and goals, unify our efforts and create brilliance together, the company organized the 2022 Rocgene Mid-Year Conference at the picturesque Qiandao Lake in Hangzhou — known as "a paradise on earth" — from August 31 to September 3, 2022. A total of 140 team members from the Beijing headquarters and Xuzhou subsidiary gathered for this four-day event.

The event consisted of three main parts: the annual meeting, team-building tour, and flexible round-trip travel arrangements. Throughout the event, all Rocgene members strictly complied with national epidemic prevention and control policies, conducting daily nucleic acid tests to ensure safe travel. The Rocgene Beijing headquarters and Kunpeng Xuzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Center set off from two different locations and converged at the Yi Dun Hotel by Qiandao Lake.   


  On September 1st, the Rocgene Mid-Year Work Summary Conference officially commenced. The company's General Manager, Deputy General Manager of Finance, Deputy General Manager of R&D, Director of Reagent R&D, Deputy General Manager of Marketing, Deputy General Manager of Production, and Director of Human Resources delivered summaries and presentations covering various aspects including the company's overall development goals, financial work plans, R&D progress and implementation schedules, market layout and regional sales network construction, lean production management, and the achievement of organizational & talent development strategic goals. They fully affirmed the achievements made by all Rocgene team members over the past six months and expressed full confidence in the goals set for the next phase.

Since its establishment six years ago, with the efforts of all Rocgene members, the company has gradually formed a positive cycle characteristic of a high-tech R&D enterprise: "instruments leading the way, reagents increasing profits, production providing support, and marketing realizing value". This also continuously validates our great mission of developing scientific research and clinical diagnostic products with independent intellectual property rights and becoming a leader in the molecular diagnostics field. All of this stems from solid accumulation, unchanging original aspirations, and the hard work and perseverance of the Rocgene team.

What was particularly impressive was the statement made by General Manager Guo Qiuzhen: "Our future goal is to become a truly respected company. My personal standard for this goal is: when anyone leaves the company to work or start a business elsewhere, others will offer them 10% more compensation because of their experience at Rocgene!" Thunderous applause erupted throughout the venue, greatly boosting morale!


At the same time, Mr. Guo reiterated Rocgene's future direction: the company will build an invincible iron army with a high-performance corporate culture and the core values of "customer-centricity and dedication to hard workers" — selecting the right people, distributing rewards fairly, and organizing teams effectively, while providing high income returns to outstanding hard workers. He emphasized: "Adhere to your original aspirations, strive for excellence, and persist for 20 years, and you will become part of the top 0.01%."

This conference further strengthened the confidence of all Rocgene members to work together with one heart and one mind for progress. The Beijing headquarters and Xuzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Center will join forces to consolidate the achievements of the iron army and aspire to become "invincible" true heroes!



After the intense conference, all Rocgene members gathered together for the "Rocgene Family Feast". While enjoying the renowned Qiandao Lake fish head and delicious fish soup, everyone sang, danced, laughed and played with the accompaniment of spotlights and glow sticks, creating an atmosphere of high enthusiasm. It was truly a scene of "Singing and dancing fill the hall like stars; lanterns complement the performances, and performances complement the lanterns. The rhythm of music and lights fills the courtyard, making the whole audience laugh with joy and delight."


On September 2nd, the enjoyable team-building tour activities began. More than 20 water activities were available, including dynamic yacht rides, flyboarding, water skiing and surfing, jet ski drifting, water sofas, flying fish rides, water gyroscopes, banana boats, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, leisure electric boats, water bikes, adult obstacle courses, and water walking balls. These activities were both thrilling and full of endless fun, filled with screams and laughter... A whole day of joyful moments!


Amidst the continuous waves of laughter and joy, along with pride and satisfaction for the work achievements of the past six months, and infinite vision and courage to forge ahead for longer-term development goals, we concluded our four-day and three-night trip to Qiandao Lake. We look forward to an even better us in the future!
