On June 7, 2024, Rocgene (Beijing) Scientific Instruments Co., Ltd. (“Rocgene”) and Jiangsu Dongkang Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd. (“Dongkang Bio”) held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony at Rocgene’s Wuhan Branch.

Mr. Shi Taiping, General Manager of Wuhan Branch and Deputy General Manager of Rocgene, and Mr. Wei Huawei, General Manager of Dongkang Bio, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.

Based on the principles of “complementary advantages, mutual benefit, collaborative innovation, and common development”, the two parties will leverage their respective strengths to build a win‑win and sustainable strategic partnership. They strive to establish a “stable, controllable, and sustainable” POCT industrial alliance, further improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, enhance technological capabilities in biomedicine, and promote rapid business growth and comprehensive progress.

Rocgene is committed to translating cutting‑edge technologies in life science research into clinically relevant medical products, and developing research and molecular diagnostic products with independent intellectual property rights. The company has developed a series of real‑time PCR instruments based on proprietary technology.

As Rocgene’s Medical Research Center, Wuhan branch has established molecular platform, big data analysis platform, cell platform, immunology platform, and medical testing laboratory. Based on its independently innovated POCT platform, Rocgene achieves rapid and ultra‑multiplex molecular detection technology transformation, supporting key pathogen screening in infectious diseases, early cancer screening & diagnosis, and companion diagnosis.
