On August 9, 2024, Rocgene (Beijing) Scientific Instruments Co., Ltd. ("Rocgene") and Xi'an Yabo Biotechnology Co., Ltd. ("Xi'an Yabo") held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony at Rocgene's Wuhan subsidiary. Dr. Shi Taiping, Deputy General Manager of Rocgene and General Manager of Wuhan Subsidiary, and Dr. Zhang Yiyi, General Manager of Xi'an Yabo Biotechnology, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.

Based on the cooperation principles of "complementary advantages, mutual benefit, collaborative innovation, and joint development", both parties will give full play to their respective strengths to enhance the sample pretreatment and purification capabilities in Rocgene's POCT technology system. Meanwhile, they will jointly innovate and develop new materials for immunoassay to improve the performance of detection products.

Rocgene is committed to translating new technologies in life science research into clinically relevant medical research products, and developing scientific research and molecular diagnostic products with independent intellectual property rights. The company has developed a variety of independently researched and developed instruments and equipment based on real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR technology. As Rocgene's Medical Research Center, Wuhan Rocgene has set up molecular platform, big data analysis platform, cell platform, immunology platform and medical testing laboratory. Based on the independently innovated POCT platform, it realizes the transformation of rapid and ultra-multiplex molecular detection technology to meet the needs of screening and diagnosis of key pathogenic bacteria in the field of infectious diseases, early cancer screening and diagnosis, and hierarchical diagnosis and treatment of companion diagnosis.
