An article online puts it well: Engineering is a profession that makes you smarter. Rocgene is exactly a typical company built by engineers. We have hardware engineers, embedded software engineers, Java engineers… about 20 types of engineers in total.

Every engineer brings wisdom and expertise to their specialized field, and through cross-disciplinary collaboration, we achieve shared product goals and vision.

Looking back on the past few months, I feel deeply grateful. Compared with years of exploration, these months of focused, in-depth work have brought me real peace of mind. Working with teammates to solve problems, write programs and code, I feel endless energy and full positivity.

Once I take on testing, I stay by the equipment nonstop. I learn the product thoroughly, follow specifications, build test processes, and test module by module. All to minimize bugs, reduce errors, and deliver reliable, high-quality products customers can trust.

I have rich experience in embedded development. With a humorous and easygoing personality, I stay calm and focused on my work. I explain professional topics in a light, fun way and bring joy to the team while exploring technology.

I have long been engaged in R&D on molecular biology projects and gained solid professional experience. Conducting experiments, analyzing and summarizing data, repeated verification – the whole process takes place in our own quiet world. They are the most focused R&D engineers I have ever seen.

They are known as all-rounders. For hardware: assembly, repair, replacement and testing are done in minutes. For software: flexible use of all versions, thorough verification from operation to logic. After hands-on work, they also train users, teaching even beginners to use the products correctly. The excellent performance of Little Amy across applications would not be possible without our technical support engineers.

Acting high-profile, keeping a low profile – this is the hallmark of our engineers. In this special community, the lab is their battlefield and their stage. They fight for ideals and strive for dreams. We are grateful to the company for providing a free, open platform with abundant resources, allowing everyone to focus on in-depth exploration in their professional fields without worries, to develop products wholeheartedly, and to achieve their careers while building Rocgene’s success.

In 2022, after more than five years of solid accumulation and a year of historic opportunities, Rocgene has grown rapidly. Market orders surged and production capacity improved dramatically. Our on-site commissioning and assembly engineers at the production base worked around the clock to fulfill orders and ensure delivery, achieving leapfrogging growth in capacity and embodying the Iron Army spirit of Rocgene.

2022 was a year of rocket-speed growth for Rocgene. For our engineers, it was an extremely challenging yet fortunate year – a rare experience in their careers. Supported by the entire company, they focused wholeheartedly on what they love, working day and night to complete tough missions in record time.
