In-depth Technical Training for Rocgene Products

Since 2022, Rocgene's "Little Archimed" has emerged as a rising star in the IVD industry, deployed in hospitals, CDCs, third-party clinical laboratories, and diagnostic reagent companies across nearly 30 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions including Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Guangdong, Hebei, Henan, Tianjin, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangxi, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hubei, and others.

To ensure the outstanding performance of "Little Archimed" and resolve potential issues caused by daily wear and tear, Rocgene's technical support team has provided comprehensive technical training programs focusing on both hardware and software for key partners.

Participants traveled to Rocgene's Xuzhou production base, experiencing every step from component assembly to final testing and delivery. They mastered skills ranging from hardware assembly to software performance verification. Through in-depth "dissection" and reassembly of "Little Archimed", trainees successfully completed the training.

This skills-upgrade program has enabled participants to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the product. In particular, in-depth learning of the hardware allows many malfunctions to be resolved on-site. This will reduce the pressure of factory repair services, greatly improve service efficiency, and ensure stable and reliable operation of the instruments.
