On November 17, 2022, the Beijing · Changping Life Science International Forum grandly opened online. The forum was co-hosted by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Zhongguancun Administrative Committee, the Beijing Association for Science and Technology, and the Changping District People's Government. Under the theme of "Exploring Life, Creating the Future", it included an opening ceremony, a main forum and 6 special forums.

Twenty-six major projects in the life science sector were signed online. The projects involve Fortune Global 500, China Top 500 and industry-leading enterprises, covering three key sectors of Changping's medical and health industry: cutting-edge technology, medical devices, and beauty & health. It is preliminarily estimated that the signed projects will achieve a total investment of over 10.8 billion yuan, with cumulative revenue of no less than 72.5 billion yuan in the next five years.
