On the afternoon of March 7, Mr. Wang Zifeng, Executive President of the Health and Pharmaceutical Invention and Innovation Branch of China Invention Association and former Director of the Health Department of the Academy of Military Sciences, Mr. Lü Ling, Director of the Expert Committee of the Branch and Deputy Director of the Medical Health Science and Technology Development Research Center of the National Health Commission, together with Director Zhang Jing and Secretary General Fan Caijun, visited Rocgene for inspection and exchange. Mr. Guo Qiuzhen, General Manager of Rocgene, warmly received the delegation, accompanied by directors from R&D, production, and strategic development.

At the symposium, the Director of Strategic Development introduced Rocgene’s development. Since its founding, Rocgene has upheld the mission of developing world-leading life science and diagnostic products and built a high-level R&D team. Focusing on key challenges in research equipment and molecular diagnostics, the company has persisted in independent innovation and achieved fully controllable domestic alternatives comparable to imported high-end equipment. Flagship products include the Archimed X Series qPCR, Archimed Mini Series rapid portable qPCR, and iFIND fully integrated fungal nucleic acid detection system, forming a fully self-developed one-stop genetic testing solution.

Based on its Beijing headquarters, supported by the Beijing R&D center and Xuzhou intelligent manufacturing center, Rocgene has established a nationwide sales and service network. Its products are sold across more than 30 provinces in China and favored by customers in Asia and Europe.

Symposium Scene

President Wang Zifeng highly praised Rocgene for its technological innovation and competitiveness against international brands. He expressed appreciation for the company’s growing market share over imports and affirmed its contributions to serving the market, national defense, and global customers.

Director Lü Ling recognized Rocgene’s technological innovation and clinical application. Given strong user recognition, he expected breakthroughs in chronic diseases and infectious diseases, combining innovative products with more scenarios to better protect human health and drive industry leapfrog development.

The guests then exchanged views on strategy, innovation, and operation, reaching broad consensus. Both sides agreed to strengthen communication and collaboration to promote the transformation of technological innovations under national innovation-driven policies.
